Welcome to Tripadvargo. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our online system.

  • A minimum advance payment (as mentioned in the package) is required to confirm the booking.

  • Full payment must be made before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.

2. Pricing

  • Prices are based on current rates and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or changes by suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.).

  • Any changes in taxes or government fees will be charged extra.

3. Travel Documents

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to carry valid documents like passports, visas, ID proofs, and permits.

  • Tripadvargo is not responsible for any denial of entry or delays due to improper documents.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Refunds will be made in accordance with the policy and may be subject to deduction of non-refundable amounts.

5. Changes in Itinerary

  • Tripadvargo reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable factors.

  • We will try our best to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

6. Liability

  • Tripadvargo acts only as a booking agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport).

  • We are not liable for delays, losses, accidents, or damage caused by third parties or due to events beyond our control.

7. Health & Safety

  • Travelers are expected to be in good health. Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed in advance.

  • COVID-19 or other travel advisories must be followed as per government guidelines.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Customers are expected to behave respectfully with guides, drivers, co-travelers, and locals.

  • Tripadvargo reserves the right to terminate services for any traveler behaving inappropriately, without any refund.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (text, images, logo, packages) is the property of Tripadvargo and may not be copied or reused without permission.
