Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Tripadvargo, we strive to offer flexible and transparent cancellation and refund options. Please read the following policy carefully:

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or through our official contact channels.

  • Charges will apply based on the time of cancellation before the travel date:

Time Before Departure Cancellation Charges
30 days or more 10% of the package cost
15–29 days 25% of the package cost
7–14 days 50% of the package cost
Less than 7 days 100% (No refund)

Note: Some bookings (like flights or hotel deals) may be non-refundable as per supplier policy.

2. Cancellation by Tripadvargo

  • In rare cases where we cancel your trip due to unforeseen reasons (weather, government restrictions, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • The amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

  • Transaction/service charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. No Show / Early Departure

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows, early checkouts, or unused services once the trip has started.

5. Special Deals & Offers

  • Packages booked under special discounts or promotional offers may be non-refundable. Please check terms at the time of booking.
