At Tripadvargo, we strive to offer flexible and transparent cancellation and refund options. Please read the following policy carefully:
1. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or through our official contact channels.

Charges will apply based on the time of cancellation before the travel date:

---|---|
30 days or more | 10% of the package cost |
15–29 days | 25% of the package cost |
7–14 days | 50% of the package cost |
Less than 7 days | 100% (No refund) |
Note: Some bookings (like flights or hotel deals) may be non-refundable as per supplier policy.
2. Cancellation by Tripadvargo

In rare cases where we cancel your trip due to unforeseen reasons (weather, government restrictions, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

The amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Transaction/service charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. No Show / Early Departure

No refunds will be given for no-shows, early checkouts, or unused services once the trip has started.
5. Special Deals & Offers

Packages booked under special discounts or promotional offers may be non-refundable. Please check terms at the time of booking.
